About the Author

Steve Ilg, coach to dozens of multisport championship athletes, was dubbed “the world’s fittest human” by Ultra-Cycling magazine. A frequent contributor to outdoor and health magazines, he has twice appeard on the cover of Outside. Currently, he splits his time between racing bikes in New Mexico and working with private clients in Los Angeles.
