Ed Newton-Rex is a former tech executive turned campaigner for creators’ rights. He was the head of Stability AI’s audio team; after resigning and starting to advocate for creators, he was named one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in AI.” His writing has appeared in The Times and The Guardian, and he lives in London.
